Nature Meets Stem

Field Trip: Sulphur Creek

Adventure awaits at Nature Meets STEM, where the great outdoors and the wonders of science come together in a fun and hands-on way! Imagine exploring forests, creating cool gadgets, and discovering how nature and technology work together. Your child will dive into exciting activities that spark curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Soapy Suds Lab

Pool Party on Campus

Get ready for a bubbly, squishy, and squeaky clean week at Soapy Suds Camp! Kids will dive into the world of bubbles, foam, and all things soapy through fun hands-on activities. From creating giant bubbles to making their own soap and bath bombs, campers will love experimenting with different textures and scents. They'll also learn about the science behind bubbles and soap, all while having a blast with outdoor games and soapy crafts!

Junior Tech Camp

Field Trip: San Leandro library

Ready to become a tech wizard? At Junior Tech Camp, kids will have a blast this week building robots, making fun games, and learning to code with easy, hands-on activities! They’ll get to design cool projects, solve fun challenges, and discover how technology can help them create amazing things. Whether it’s making a robot move or building a simple app, every day is an adventure in tech!

Culinary Adventure 

Field Trip: Chirardelli's

Get ready to cook up some fun at Culinary Adventures! This week, your child will explore the world of food through hands-on cooking, baking, and tasty treats! They'll mix, measure, and create everything from yummy snacks to mini pizzas and colorful cupcakes. With kid-friendly recipes and lots of fun, they’ll discover the joy of cooking while learning about healthy eating, teamwork, and creativity in the kitchen!

Ocean Discovery

Field Trip: Mobile Fish Exhibit through East Bay Parks

Dive into a world of underwater fun at Ocean Discovery! This week, young explorers will embark on exciting ocean-themed adventures. They'll learn about sea creatures, explore ocean ecosystems, and create cool ocean-inspired crafts. From discovering the wonders of the deep sea to playing fun water games, your child will have a blast while learning how to protect our oceans and all the creatures that call it home!

Junior Zoologist Camp

Field Trip: Oakland Zoo

Calling all animal lovers! At Junior Zoologist Camp, young explorers will get up close and personal with the amazing world of animals. They’ll learn about different species, their habitats, and what makes each animal special through fun games, crafts, and outdoor adventures. Campers will also discover how zoologists care for animals and protect wildlife. From creating animal-themed art to participating in exciting nature hunts, every day is a new chance to become a junior expert in the animal kingdom!

Creative Recyclers

Guest: Crochet Group from FUMC

Get ready to transform everyday items into amazing creations at Creative Recyclers Camp! This week, kids will learn how to repurpose, recycle, and create cool art projects using materials that would otherwise be thrown away. From making sculptures to building fun gadgets, campers will use their imagination and creativity to turn "trash" into treasure. Along the way, they’ll discover the importance of taking care of the planet and how small actions can make a big difference!

Fun w/language: Spanish

Field Trip: Local Park BBQ 

Get ready for a week full of fun and language at Fun with Language: Spanish Camp! Kids will learn basic Spanish through games, songs, crafts, and stories in a playful and exciting way. They’ll explore new words, phrases, and fun cultural traditions, all while making friends and having a blast. Whether it’s counting in Spanish, singing a song, or playing games, your child will leave camp speaking Spanish with confidence and having lots of fun!




Dance, Drama + Music

Field Trip: TBC

Get ready to shine at Dance, Drama, and Music Camp! This week, your child will explore the exciting world of performing arts through dance, drama, and music. They’ll learn fun dance moves, create their own stories, and sing along to catchy tunes. From acting out scenes to performing in mini talent shows, campers will boost their creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills. Whether they're dancing, singing, or acting, every day is a new chance to express themselves and have a blast!

How much does the camp cost?

Tuition: $600/week

What age group is this camp suitable for?

The camp is suitable for children aged 5 to 8 years old. Our preschool is also open throughout the summer months.

Who will be supervising the children at the camp?

Kids Konnect teachers are carefully selected for their background and experience working with young children, enthusiasm in fostering nurturing relationships, and fun, compassionate personalities. All camp staff will be background-checked and trained in first aid/CPR.

Where is the Summer Camp located?

The Kids Konnect Summer Camp is located at our San Leandro site. The address is 1600  Bancroft Ave, San Leandro, CA 94577

What health and safety measures are in place at the camp?

Keeping campers healthy and safe is our top priority.

  • Make sure your campers arrive healthy, well rested, and able to participate.
  • Camp staff will be provided training on health and safety procedures and how to maintain a clean facility.
  • Staff will make sure that campers are practicing good hygiene habits by washing hands routinely and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and materials throughout the day.

What meals or snacks are provided, if any? How do you handle food allergies?

We will provide AM snack, lunch, and PM snack that is prepared fresh on-site daily. There will be a menu that’s provided to families monthly. For any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please note that upon enrollment so we are aware and can provide substitutes as needed.

What is the ratio of campers to staff?

One teacher to every eight children to provide really personalized learning!

Step one is to register your interest on this page. We will then be in touch to secure your spot for the weeks you want.

How will the camp benefit my child's learning and development?

Children will benefit from developing socially with peers and learning from experienced teachers. The super fun range of learning activities has been designed to ignite young minds and encourage curiosity.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Shabriese Davis at Bri@kids-konnect.com no later than May 17th for a 50% deposit refund. Any cancellations made after May 17th will forfeit the 100% of the $100/week deposit. We understand that schedule changes can happen, so you may switch one of your selected weeks to another week that better fits your schedule – one time only.
