What are 4Cs Organizations?
4Cs stands for Community Child Care Councils, and their mission is to support families in accessing quality childcare services.

4Cs bridge the gap between parents and childcare providers, ensuring that children receive the best care possible. One of the greatest challenges for many families is the cost of childcare and 4Cs offer various funding assistance programs to help alleviate the financial burden of childcare. These programs are specifically designed to assist low-income families who struggle to afford quality care for their children.
If you're living in San Mateo or Alameda counties and need help with childcare costs, you can apply for programs like CalWORKs which provides subsidized childcare to families who are transitioning from public assistance to employment.
In addition to providing financial assistance, 4Cs also offer resources and support to help families find the right childcare provider. They have a database of licensed childcare providers, and their staff can help you navigate the process of choosing the best fit for your child. How can I access 4Cs?
To qualify for 4Cs funding, you must:
