San Leandro Newsletter: April 2021

Hello Parents and Happy April! This month is full of excitement as we enter into Spring season.

The children will engage in activities that are hands on and science related. We will plant flowers, study the weather, learn the anatomy of plants, explore different types of seeds, take nature walks around the school, have a recycled theme fashion show share day and grow butterflies! At the end of the month (or the beginning of May), we will have a butterfly release ceremony, releasing our friends to do their jobs of pollinating! We are definitely looking forward to April!

Preschool/Pre K focus of the Month:
Letters: M-P, Shapes: Star, Square & Triangle, Numbers: 13-16
