Dear Kids Konnect Families,

Fall Season is here and our classes are very excited to celebrate all things Fall! There are a lot of things happening in the month of October, so please read our newsletter thoroughly to learn more!

Please remember to SIGN IN and SIGN OUT every day!


Ms. Ingrid will be out of office from 9/20-10/1; if you have any questions or concerns to share- please direct them the teachers or call the school at (650) 359-4321; otherwise I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you!



School Events:


October is United Nations Month! We are so excited to celebrate United Nations at our school and recognize all the diversity, ethnicities, and cultures represented at our school. This year, each classroom will be learning about each other, sharing in cultural learning, and trying new foods. There will be a sign up sheet if you would like to participate in bringing a National dish from your culture for the kids to try (all foods must be store bought and sealed, unfortunately- nothing home-made). We will be celebrating United Nations on the 22nd, please dress in your cultures national costume as well! We are excited to learn and experience about other nationalities, ethnicities, cultures from all over the world!

Fall Festivities—we will be celebrating Fall and everything pumpkin at school! –our classrooms will be having a Fall Themed spirit week all leading up to our Friday Costume Party on the 29th!

  • Monday (10/25): Sports Day!
  • Tuesday (10/26): Orange or Pumpkin Day!
  • Wednesday (10/27): Pajama Day!
  • Thursday (10/28): Costume Party Day!
  • Friday (10/29): Picture Day!


Back To School Night! – This year we will be having a virtual Back to School Night! – you’ll be able to meet the other families, learn more about our program, expectations of the classrooms, and learn all about the benefits of Play Based Curriculum. (Thursday 10/21 @ 6:30 PM—links for invitation will be announced closer to event day)

Fall Picture Day is scheduled on 10/29!
