Many of our teachers have worked at Kids Konnect for a long time. We love their dedication to their role and how they inspire, support and encourage each child year after year. It is extremely important that Kids Konnect build strong relationships with our staff to ensure that they are happy and appreciated for their hard work and commitment.
No matter which preschool they work at, we are passionate about creating a community where everyone is celebrated and loved for all that they do. Teachers play a significant role in the development of children taking time to help them grow into confident, self-sufficient and independent little people. With patience, care and knowledge, teachers inspire toddlers to learn new skills that will remain with them throughout their lives. It is their job to support and nurture little ones to ensure that they thrive in their learning environment.
It’s important to appreciate the role that teachers have in a child’s life. They are the familiar face that little ones see every day when they arrive at preschool making them feel comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. The teacher’s encouragement and dedication to ensure that little ones are progressing in a fun and engaging way shows their love for the role as well as their hard work behind the scenes that many don’t always see.

“I enjoy working with Kids Konnect (Pacifica) because it's like a small town where everybody knows everybody - you know all the children and parents. I have been working with toddlers since I started and my choice of age group have not changed. I enjoy working with Kids Konnect because of the toddlers - to see them grow from non-verbal into verbal/independent/assertive/determined/strong-willed beings. I am here to give them the tools to become their own champions.”
