MA in Early Childhood Education
BA in Human Development

I’ve been teaching for as long as I can remember. I began my teaching journey working in youth “buddy” programs and coaching soccer and dance teams before finding my place in the classroom. As soon as I began college, I knew I wanted to continue in early childhood education!

I graduated from CSUEB with a BA in Human Development and then continued on to earn my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in variety of Bay Area preschools for almost a decade. During my tenure, I have served as a lead teacher, diversity coach, curriculum specialist, communications manager, and as a program director.

My educational philosophy is “everyone has their own light to shine.” I have always encouraged students to find their individual passions and talents by introducing them to new things and motivating them in their own interests. Some of my favorite classroom activities are cooking, group sports, and creating new opportunities for sensory exploration. Outside of teaching I love listening to podcasts, cooking, gardening, and hiking with my Husband.

BA degree in Early Child Development (in progress)

My name is Patrice Adkins, I've been working with children since January 2000. I love creating environments for children that are safe, fun, and educational. Science is my favorite subject to teach. I really enjoy seeing the excitement on children’s faces when we do experiments. I also enjoy indoor and outdoor gross motor activities. I am currently a student at Chabot College, working towards my AA degree in Early Child Development

I spend most of my free time with my three beautiful children. I have two sons ages 17 & 13, and a daughter who is 10. They keep me busy all year long with football, basketball, and soccer. When I’m not cheering at a game, I’m helping them with their homework, doing my own homework, or spending time with my nephew. I also enjoy dancing, cooking and doing yoga.

My name is Pamela Regala, I have over 10 years’ experience working in the Early Childhood Development field all throughout the Bay Area.  I love working with children and find great joy in nurturing their growth and development by embracing and encouraging their sense of wonder, enthusiasm and creativity.  I particularly enjoy working with preschoolers, as they have such a refreshing and innocent view of the world.

In my spare time I enjoy exercising, cooking, going for scenic drives, listening to all kinds of music and spending time with my fiance' and family.

BSc Political Science and Sociology
Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis

My name is Bria Bryant, I have been working with children since I was in middle school. My grandmother owned a daycare which is where my passion for working with kids started. Over the years I have worked as a recreation leader at Dimond Rec Center and as a behavior therapist for children with autism. I believe children are our future and we are in place to shape them for success.

I graduated from Sacramento state university, in 2018, with a degree in political science and minor in sociology. I recently received my master’s in the Applied Behavior Analysis field. In my free time I like to read, eat delicious food and do a little online shopping.
